Return & Replacement Policy

At Vineet Jewellers, we follow strict quality control and secure packaging procedures to ensure that every order reaches our customers in perfect condition. This policy defines the limited circumstances under which returns and replacements may be considered.

1. Return Request Timeline

Any request for return or replacement must be raised on the same calendar day as the delivery date, without exception.

Requests raised after the day of delivery shall be deemed invalid and will not be entertained.

Customers must initiate the request by sending an email to our official customer support email ID, clearly mentioning the order details and attaching unedited photographs and/or videos of the product, outer packaging, and inner packaging as evidence.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in automatic rejection of the request.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Returns or replacements shall be approved solely at the discretion of Vineet Jewellers and only in cases where the product is verified to have been damaged at the time of delivery.

Damage resulting from usage, handling, improper storage, accidental impact, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear does not qualify for return or replacement.

The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered, and must be returned in its original condition along with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

3. Replacement Terms

Refunds are not offered under this policy.

Approved cases will be eligible only for replacement with the same product, subject to stock availability.

In the event the same product is unavailable, Vineet Jewellers reserves the right to offer an alternative product of equivalent value or issue store credit, at its sole discretion.

Replacement processing and delivery may take 10–15 business days from the date the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.

4. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to physical inspection and verification by our quality assurance team. Vineet Jewellers reserves the absolute right to reject a return or replacement request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above or if the claim is found to be false, misleading, or unsupported by evidence.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery items are non-returnable and non-replaceable, except in cases of verified damage at the time of delivery.

Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or offers may be subject to additional restrictions as stated at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vineet Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the product or delays in replacement, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Policy Amendments

This policy may be updated, modified, or amended at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall be considered final and binding.
